Where can I use my Trees Organic Card?
Your card is valid at all Trees Organic locations.
Can I purchase Trees Organic Cards online?
Currently, cards can be purchased and activated instore only. Any one of our locations can reload a card, even if the card was purchased at a different location, or you can reload your card online.
Are there any additional fees for using the Trees Organic Card?
No! There are no fees charged at any time to activate, use, or reload a card.
Does the Trees Organic Card have an expiry?
Nope! Your card will never expire.
Can I check my balance online?
Yes! You can check your balance online at any time, and even see a transaction history.

Why should I register my Trees Organic Card?
By registering your card, you’ll enjoy the benefit of protecting your card balance in case of loss or theft. If at any time you lose your card, we can transfer the balance to a new card and mail it to you. On top of that, if you opt in to receiving emails at the time of registration, you’ll be able to get additional deals and perks from time to time that are offered only to registered card holders.
Can I register more than one card?
Certainly! Just complete the card registration for each card separately.
What if I lose my card?
We’ll gladly replace all registered cards with a balance on them. We cannot replace unregistered cards, or registered cards with zero balance.
We’ll freeze your remaining balance at the time you report your card as lost or stolen, transfer it to a new card and mail you the replacement card – free of charge!
I want to buy multiple cards to give to employees and/or clients
If you want to purchase 10 or more cards at one time, contact us and we’ll be happy to send the cards to your place of business. We’ll even pay the postage!
Can I exchange my card for cash?
Once a value has been applied to your card, it can only be used to make purchases; we cannot refund the value, whole or in part.
