Our much loved signature cheesecake filling is mixed with lots of cranberry-orange deliciousness. Local cranberries from the Fraser Valley, together with orange juice, zest and nuggets of candied oranges, permeate throughout the cheesecake layer which rests on a ginger-graham crumb base.
